Amal Al Marri is a designer and event creator who ventured into the restaurant industry in 2013 after graduating from Zayed University with a degree in Interior Design. She believes that simplicity and precision are key, aiming to inspire people by bringing them together through simple yet innovative culinary experiences.
Despite her background in interior design, Amal, alongside her friend and food entrepreneur Deem Al Bassam, embarked on a remarkable journey in the culinary world. Together, they launched Indpt, a pioneering food movement that celebrates the open spaces of the United Arab Emirates with premium yet minimalist dining experiences. This initiative left a lasting impact on the region’s culinary scene and continues to inspire creative collaborations.
