Chandrama Deshmukh
Chandrama Deshmukh is a Dubai-based poet, author, playwright, and performance artist. The author of four poetry collections, including A Teaspoon of Stars and Moonlit Monochrome, her work explores identity, lineage, and the inner life. Her writing has appeared in Scroll.in, Rolling Stone India, and international anthologies, and was featured in LovinDubai’s list of top UAE poets. An active voice in the region’s literary scene, she has performed at the Emirates Airline Festival of Literature, Alserkal Avenue, and Sharjah Art Foundation. She serves as a jury member for Emirates NBD Poetry for All. Professionally, Chandrama leads marketing at NeoVentures, Mashreq Bank’s venture capital arm.
