Dubai Abulhoul
Dubai Abulhoul is an Emirati author, Rhodes Scholar, and the founder of Fiker Institute, an interdisciplinary think tank that serves as a platform for regional perspectives on international affairs. A prominent voice in global policy, she serves on the World Economic Forum’s Global Council on the Future of Geopolitics and the COP28 President’s Advisory Board.
A champion of cultural preservation, Dubai has published a celebrated series of six children’s books dedicated to documenting Emirati folklore, specifically narratives that were previously only passed down verbally, ensuring they are preserved for future generations. Her diverse body of work also includes academic research on gender equality and political participation, as well as a debut novel published during her youth.
Dubai’s contributions to culture and diplomacy have earned her international recognition, including being named "Young Arab of the Year" at the inaugural Young Arab Awards. She holds a Master’s degree in Diplomacy and Global Governance from the University of Oxford and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science and Literature from New York University Abu Dhabi.
