Muna Al Kindi

Muna Al Kindi is an Emirati with a passion for education and innovation. She is a graduate of the United Arab Emirates University, where she studied Arabic language and literature. After graduating, she worked as a lecturer at the university for several years. In 2020, she joined the Mohamed bin Zayed University for Humanities. Al Kindi is a strong advocate for using technology to improve education. She is particularly interested in the potential of artificial intelligence (AI) to revolutionise the way we learn. In 2022, she presented a research paper on the use of AI in education. The paper was well-received, and Al Kindi was awarded an honorary doctorate in creativity and innovation from the American-Canadian Board during the Creative Arab Forum.


Al Kindi is also a successful entrepreneur. In 2021, she founded the company Future Education Cities. The company's mission is to create innovative educational experiences using virtual reality (VR) and metaverse technologies. Al Kindi's company has been recognised for its work, winning the gold medal from the Korean Intellectual Property Office.
