Noora Alsaeed
Dr Noora Alsaeed is a Senior Space Science Researcher at the UAE Space Agency, where she leads and manages planetary science research using data from national missions and advises on the strategic development of space science in the UAE. She is the Principal Investigator of the Emirates Mars Mission and a Co-Investigator on the Emirates Mission to the Asteroid Belt.
Before joining the Agency, Noora earned her PhD in Astrophysics and Planetary Sciences from the University of Colorado Boulder. Her research explores surface and atmospheric processes on terrestrial bodies, with a particular focus on Mars.
Beyond her scientific work, Noora is committed to nurturing the next generation of Arab space scientists through extensive outreach across the UAE and internationally.
