He is known for pioneering plant-based pastry and captivating customers with his remarkable creations, including the acclaimed dish 'Dawn of a New Day'. Khoury’s expertise has gained recognition on British television shows such as Sunday Brunch and Great British Bake Off: The Professionals. He recently published his debut book A New Way to Bake: Re-imagined Recipes for Plant-based Cakes, Bakes and Desserts in 2023.
