Rashid Ahmed Al Mazrouei
Dr. Rashid Ahmed Al Mazrouei is a heritage researcher and former General Manager of the Zayed Center for Studies and Research at the Emirates Heritage Club. He has dedicated his efforts to documenting Emirati folk heritage and Nabati poetry, collecting and editing more than twenty-five poetry collections by Nabati poets, and publishing encyclopedic works, most notably "Encyclopedia of Popular Proverbs." He founded the Folk Heritage House in Abu Dhabi through personal initiative and completed four encyclopedias featuring the works of sixty-four poets who had no comprehensive publications. He also participated in organizing cultural exhibitions such as "Popular Poetry" in collaboration with Sharjah Libraries, emphasizing that preserving folk heritage is a legacy for future generations.
