Sultan Al Amimi is a prominent Emirati writer, critic, and media figure, and currently serves as the Director of the Poetry Academy in the United Arab Emirates. He is considered one of the leading voices in the Emirati and Gulf literary landscape, with a diverse body of work spanning short stories, novels, poetry, and studies in folklore and language.
He has served as a longtime judge on the acclaimed television programme Prince of Poets, contributing to the discovery and development of emerging Arab poetic talent. Al Amimi has received several literary awards and is known for a style that blends rigorous research with creative expression, solidifying his place as a distinguished cultural voice in the UAE.
