Foundation Friends
Here at the Emirates LitFest we understand the power of stories. The stories we read in books can give us hope towards a better future, while the stories we hear on the LitFest stage can inspire us to go on to do great things.
The LitFest is now one of the top 10 literary festivals in the world, but it’s still one part of the Emirates Literature Foundation’s larger story, as we work to nurture and spread a love of reading and books across the UAE. We also focus on creating a path towards publishing for local aspiring writers, while also bringing more Arab authors into the global spotlight. Our year-round initiatives include student competitions, a writing fellowship, Wiki Edit-a-thons, and more.
By becoming a Foundation Friend, you’ll help us continue our work while getting front-row seats to the best the Festival has to offer.
